Delivery Options

The delivery charge is presented during checkout and varies depending on the region (starting at approximately £12.50 for standard delivery, allowing for multiple standard items at this rate). Items will be dispatched from our DISCOUNT FENCING SUPPLIES Ltd. Online Store and delivered by our designated delivery courier.

For local deliveries, we typically anticipate your order’s arrival within 2-7 working days, while national deliveries may take longer. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are considered as placed on the following Monday. Please note: Delivery dates may be influenced by stock availability and delivery location; however, our team will reach out to you if such situations arise. Currently, we do not offer delivery services on weekends or bank holidays. Prior to dispatch from the DISCOUNT FENCING SUPPLIES Ltd. Online Store, all goods are physically inspected by our staff. For express or urgent deliveries please call us and we will expedite your order if possible.

A valid signature from an individual aged 18 years or older residing in your household will be required upon delivery. Upon receipt of the items and obtaining the signature, you assume ownership, and DISCOUNT FENCING SUPPLIES Ltd. will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred thereafter.

In the event of any damages or breakages, please report them to our online store within 24 hours of delivery. We may consider mitigating circumstances for a longer time period of return in certain, long-term construction projects that use these products sporadically, if appropriate evidence is provided.

Following the delivery date, you have 30 days to return the product to our stores. Please retain your online order records for the new item and present them to our customer service.
