Refunds & Returns

DISCOUNT FENCING SUPPLIES Ltd. accepts returns of any ‘online product’ within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition and packaging is in a re-saleable state. Until the returned product is received in a re-saleable condition, replacement products will incur charges, including delivery. Your delivery cost will only be refunded if the return is due to our error, such as a faulty product or incorrect shipment. Upon agreement for a refund, we will instruct our Merchant Acquirer to credit your credit card account within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Please note: If you are returning a faulty item within the warranty period with a receipt, you may qualify for a repair. If repair is not feasible, a replacement may be offered, and if a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued. Each case of fault will be handled individually based on its nature.

In the event of any damages or breakages, please report them to our online store within 24 hours of delivery. We may consider mitigating circumstances for a longer time period of return in certain, long-term construction projects that use these products sporadically, if appropriate evidence is provided.
